Developing general self awareness & self expression:


  • Identify their good and bad habits
  • Identify their areas for improvement
  • Practice self appreciation and talking positively about themselves/ positive self expression
  • Identify their level of cleanness and tidiness
  • Practice being clean and tidy
  • Reflect on their areas for improvement and make decisions accordingly


Developing emotional awareness & emotional management:


  • Learn how to spend time alone
  • Identify how to manage themselves when they feel lonely
  • Identify what makes them feel scared
  • Express and share these emotions with their parents
  • Learn how to better connect to themselves
  • Reflect on their emotional self awareness and emotional management


Developing social awareness within family context:


  • Identify different ways of taking responsibility and giving a helping hand in family
  • Learn conflict resolution skills in family
  • Practice resolving conflicts in family
  • Appreciate the value of telling the truth
  • Practice showing appreciation to family members
  • Reflect on their areas for improvement and make decision accordingly


Developing social awareness within friends’ context:


  • Identify different ways of getting along with friends
  • Identify the meaning of ‘Bullying”
  • To learn how to avoid being bullied
  • To learn how to manage themselves in bullying situations
  • Promote anti bullying concept in school
  • Reflect on their ability of getting along with their friends and make decisions accordingly


Developing awareness of keeping :


  • Identify the requirements of keeping clean and healthy
  • Learning how to look after different parts of the body
  • Identifying different kinds of exercises
  • Appreciating the value of getting enough sleep
  • Practice Looking after themselves
  • Reflect on their practices of looking after themselves and make decisions accordingly


Developing awareness of protecting themselves against sexual harassment:


  • Identifying the private parts of the body
  • Identify the meaning of “ Good touches” and “ Bad touches”
  • Introduce different examples of good and bad touches
  • Learn what to do if someone gives them a bad touch
  • Learn to say NO to bad touches
  • Reflect on their sexual safety
